Some of these lakes are flowing, their bottoms are rich in vegetation, and the waters are rich in fish.
The lakes located in the steppe look completely different. These lakes have long been endorheic, highly saline and resemble round saucers scattered across the steppe. There are also several unnamed streams and swamps in the Burabay area. Swamps are mainly of the lowland type. They are waterlogged areas of pine-birch forest.
